Wes has always been my go to service advisor when working with VW Service. Been working with him for a few years now and he's always responsive and keeps me up to date on any thing and everything with my vehicles. Even with the delay in getting my car into the shop he kept me updated at all times and informed me of everything ahead of time.

Setting up the service appointment on line was very easy. I was able to drop my car off the night before. My appointment time was 9:30am and by 10am I had a detailed list of what my car needed to be fixed to include video and pictures. The technician even called to go over the work needing to be done and if I wanted to fix one or all three. I brought my car in and the first day they ubered me home and then kept it overnight. I came back the next day and after I drove away my car wouldn't go so they had to come rescue me and give me a rental car over the weekend. I came back on Monday and everything has been fine since. I spent $371 the first time and then they suddenly found a nail in my tire so another $300 bucks or so later (I forget) that was it

I went online just looking at a vehicle and Pete was an amazing help was able to get something done for me before I made the drive, and when I got there Cedric was amazing went over all the details was not pushy one bit, and Chris was amazing as well talked me through everything.
